Fomer 'Kicking Harold' front man Tim David Kelly produced one of the best independent albums of 2000. We could have chosen any of the tracks but we went for the softer side of Mr. Kelly with a pretty little tune.

Trippy dance pop hybrid that is pure 'mellow out music' at its very, very best. First rate song from a top notch CD.

Comedic folk singer gives us his perfect way to get out of a dying relationship.

Band so obscure the only mentions I can find on the Internet are this website and their own official page. I can't even find a place you can buy the CD. Anyway you can, courtesy of Indie Monkey, listen to a strange Swedish song.

Another criminally ignored songer-songwriter. Indie Pop is still the future my friends, at least it is when it is done right.

Punk band from California who spent a massive $595 on their debut album. They got value for money, as will you with this piece of pure punk heaven.

Track 14 - Steve Tannen - Shelter Hotel
Another top rate singer-songwriter. We love 'em at Indie Monkey. The opening track of his debut CD is a tale of relationships, woe and rhyming 'Paris' and 'Millionairess'.

If there is a better cover of a Broadway tune by a bunch of New York teenage punks, then I don't know of it.
