Stripwax grew out of "Noisepaper", which was a fanzine for the music video show "Noise Bazaar". "Noise Bazaar" aired for an hour a week all over the Northern Hemisphere on the "Channel America" network from 1990 to 1996. It was intended to be a cross between MTV and The Home Shopping Network...that is...if both networks were taken over by Culture Terrorists. Now four years later it is back from the grave.
